Celebrate Birth Midwifery, Inc

During pregnancy, a significant intake of 80 to 100 grams of protein daily is recommended, which can be obtained through sources like eggs, meats, beans, and legumes. You and your midwife will discuss strategies for achieving dietary health throughout your pregnancy based on your needs!

Midwifery has a long and enduring history, supporting families since the earliest times. While modern medicine has, at times, overshadowed it, midwifery care is experiencing a resurgence as a traditional approach to childbirth.

We encourage prenatal breastfeeding support, including a 35-week assessment to discuss your history, concerns, and create a personalized feeding plan, regardless of your birth location. Our comprehensive breastfeeding basics class, open to both clients and the community, covers lactation fundamentals and addresses concerns like returning to work, and we provide continuous support from birth through weaning and beyond.
