Prenatal Nutrition
Learn how prenatal health can impact your birth and the postpartum period, as well as practical methods to maintain proper nutrition during pregnancy and beyond.
1.5 hours – FREE
Breastfeeding Basics
Positions, building and maintaining supply, how to achieve the proper latch, tips for pumping and storing your milk, as well as the answers to common question and concerns.
1.5 hours – $40
Childbirth Preparation
Your plans and expectations for birth, pain relief techniques, what you can expect from your body during labor, how your birth partner can help, and more!
4 hours – $100
The Fourth Trimester
Everything you need to know about how to care for yourself and your new baby in the first few months! Learn about how to make this transition time as peaceful and easy as possible for everyone.
4 hours – $100
Natural Family Planning
Learn how to avoid or achieve pregnancy and how to improve your overall reproductive health – naturally, with no chemicals or side effects. The first session is FREE and a great opportunity to learn whether the system is right for you!
Pediatric Safety & CPR
This American Heart Association Heartsaver Course teaches preventative safety strategies and CPR training for parents and caregivers.
2 hours – $40-60
Pre-registration and payment is required for all classes.
Any changes to class dates, times, or locations will be communicated to those who have registered and paid for the class affected.
BIRTH PHOTOGRAPHY
The Grace + Grit photographer is on-call from 37–42 weeks of your pregnancy to cover your active labor, birth, and important postpartum moments. Your final gallery includes 50 thoughtfully edited images - $400
OPTIONAL UPGRADES
Up to 100 edited images - $550. Full edited gallery - $700
